  • Each group coaching session is hosted via ZOOM with Penny. They are on the same day and time every week, for 8 weeks.

  • Yes.

    I know that parenthood is unpredictable, and even our best-planned schedules can evaporate in seconds when kids are involved. Every group coaching session will be recorded and emailed to you to watch later.

  • Don’t sweat it. You can pre-submit your questions via email, and I will answer them during the ZOOM session. You will then recieve a recording of the session to watch at a time that suits you.

  • After the completion of the 8-week coaching experience, you will continue to have lifetime access to all of the course modules. You will also continue to have access to the Private Instagram Classroom. The only change is we will not meet weekly for live coaching.

  • This VIP Experience is educational, NOT a Nurse-on-call situation. This means that I will happily provide strategies, knowledge and education to help you navigate inevitable sicknesses, but I cannot comment on your child’s specific needs, nor will I be available to answer your questions at any time of day or night. All questions need to be asked from a general perspective.

  • Once you have signed up to The Sickness Roadmap, you simply request access to @sick.happens.classroom
